VISA AND RESIDENCE AUTHORIZATION FOR INVESTORS

The residence visa for investors, also called the “Golden Visa”, is the visa that allows any foreigner who decides to invest in the country to reside in Spain.

To do so, you must invest in the purchase of a property valued at at least €500,000, in shares of Spanish companies worth €1 million, the purchase of public debt or bonds worth €2 million, or in a business project in Spain.

Other requirements:

• - Be over 18 years old.
• - Have no criminal record.
• - Full coverage medical insurance without waiting periods or copayments.
• - Prove that you have financial means for yourself and your family members during your stay in the country.
• - Documents certifying investment in real estate, unlisted shares and equity, listed shares, public debt, bank deposits or business project.
